The Triple offset of the butterfly allows this valve to be class VI by default with good leakage free attributes between the disc and the seat, erasing rubbing and risk of jamming, increasing it’s lifetime.

Moreover, the Suprax triple offset butterfly valve is bi directional and flow could run in both directions.

Triple offset butterfly valves are widely used in petrochemical and oil & gas, water desalination, energy, nuclear and many other industries.

Thanks to its high performance attributes, the Suprax valve can adapt to cryogenics and very high temperatures. Also from vacuum to high pressure. It can be manufactured in very big diameters.

BAV Type Ball valves is mainly used for on/off applications but could also be used for regulation (with V style Ball design), or emergency shut off.
It has various advantages : fast ¼ turn closing, low pressure drop, good tightness.
 
Robvalve offers a large range of ball valves : Monobloc, split body, three pieces and double block and bleed. Balls can be floating or trunnion. Seats can be resilient or metal.
Heating jacket or stem extension are optional.
Fire safe to BS 6755 – API 607 or ATEX.
 
Robvalve can also offer a wide range of cryogenic Ball Valves with stem extension for industrial gases or LNG applications.
Valves can be custom made on demand regarding the service conditions available with exotic materials.

Double Offset

Robvalve’s double offset butterfly valves are on/off valves and can be featured with actuators.
There are two kinds of double offset valves available :

Available in carbon or stainless steel, wafer or lug, tightness is made by PTFE seats offering an easy possible maintenance.

Concentric

Butterfly Valve – BUV1

Robvalve’s rubber seated concentric butterfly valve BUV1

is an on/off valve.

Its enhanced seats, dove tail type, allows less stress to the seat structure and therefore increase its lifetime.
They are available in wafer, lug and flanged type. A wide range of materials for bodies, discs and seats are available for a wide range of applications.
 
Concentric butterfly valves are used for water, salty water, with acids, alkalis, gases and corrosive medias. All use regarding to the EN593.
 
Those valves are ACS and NSF approved and can be used for drinkable water or food and beverage industry.
